G&A Facades executed the comprehensive installation for an office block refurbishment. This project was highlighted by the addition of a striking six-story curtain wall, distinguished by 300mm feature caps. A key part of the project was the replacement of outdated Crittal W20 single glazed windows with advanced MB 70 Industrial aluminium windows and double glazing. This significant upgrade boosted the thermal efficiency and overall comfort of the office spaces. Our work encompassed various systems, including the MBSR50N curtain wall with its distinctive 300mm vertical box feature caps and sleek horizontal silicone glazed glass joints. We also installed dual-colour parallel opening vents in the curtain wall system, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the building.
