G&A Facades renovated the glazing of the Seymour Mews House, a 1960s building in Marylebone, London, playing a key role in transforming it into a sustainable and modern workspace. The building now provides 15,876 square feet of environmentally friendly office space.
Our work included the installation of the energy-saving Schüco FWS 50 curtain walling and bespoke, eco-friendly aluminium ribbed cladding panels. Additionally, we fitted Schüco ADS 65 structurally bonded doors and Schüco AWS 70 HI windows. These features not only elevate the building’s visual appeal but also significantly improve its energy efficiency. The use of glass and glazed-in aluminium louvres is strategically designed to optimize thermal performance, thereby lowering energy use. This refurbishment is in line with contemporary sustainability practices, reducing the building’s environmental impact while providing a stylish, efficient workspace.
