G&A Facades played a pivotal role as the designated facade installation specialists for the external envelope of Solum Twickenham Block C. This task was part of a larger redevelopment project that encompassed the train station and adjacent residential and retail spaces. The project’s location, in close vicinity to the train station, presented logistical challenges. To address this, our team employed meticulous planning and robust project management from the start. This strategic approach was crucial in successfully installing the complex residential façade. Our scope of work included a range of materials and techniques. We installed Reynaers SL-38 windows and Reynaers CW 50 curtain walling, which are known for their durability and aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we applied brick slip cladding, and aluminium rainscreen cladding, alongside various sheet metal flashing elements. Each of these components was carefully implemented to ensure both the functionality and visual impact of the facade, demonstrating our commitment to quality and technical expertise in facade installations.
